Goldie Hawn shares rare desire to fulfil with her familyGoldie Hawn has a heartfelt wish to fulfil before her family gets “too old.” While appearing on SiriusXM’s Let’s Talk Off Camera with Kelly Ripa, the Oscar-winning actress expressed her desire to make a movie with her family.

When host Kelly Ripa suggested a Thanksgiving dinner-themed reality show with her children, Hawn replied, “What I would love, actually, before we all get, you know, too old, [it] would be so great to do a movie together. Wouldn’t it? It would be so fun and so crazy and oh my God.”Upon asking, why they haven’t made one yet, Hawn added, “It’s all about a writer. … I have to get permission first from my family.”Ripa joked back that she should just throw a family gathering and then let everyone know that it’s actually the opening sequence of their next film.“Here’s how it goes: You tell them you’re having a party for Kurt. What they don’t realise is it’s a party scene for the opening of the movie, so they just all arrive and then after the first scene is shot, surprise, surprise,” Ripa explained. “You pitch the idea for the movie and you’ve already got the opening scene in the can. They can’t argue with it. The establishing scene has happened.”“Oh my god. It’s really true though. It’s a mess. It would be a mess,” Hawn said of the idea. She did point out, though, that they are already collaborating on a potential project.“We might do something with Oliver that is a cartoon, so in other words, we would all be the voices of that,” the Overboard star added. “That would be a lot of fun.”Goldie Hawn’s family includes her two children, Kate Hudson and Oliver Hudson, from her previous marriage to Bill Hudson. She and her long-time partner, Kurt Russell, have a son together, Wyatt Russell, born in 1986.
