She claimed her client managed to escape by running into the street after realising that Diddy was planning to sex traffic her. The incident allegedly occurred at the victim’s friend’s house, who had connections to the entertainment industry.Mitchell-Kidd reportedly stated that she intended to file a lawsuit against Diddy within a week. The fresh allegations surface as Combs already faces charges related to racketeering, sex trafficking and other serious offences following his September 16 arrest. The founder of Bad Boy Records pleaded not guilty during his arraignment on September 17 but was denied bail. An appeal for release was also denied.Despite these developments, Combs’ lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, informed TMZ that his client was eager to testify at his upcoming trial to share his side of the story. Combs’ next court appearance is scheduled for October 9.It was also reported recently that Combs is being held in the same unit of the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as Sam Bankman-Fried, the disgraced cryptocurrency mogul. The unit is notorious for its dangerous conditions and staff shortages.Kashvi Raj SinghKashvi Raj Singh is a News Trainee at News18. She extensively covers Bollywood, Hollywood and television.
