The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) has issued the alert with a high severity rating, dated August 2, 2024. The security issue is really big because it affects major parts of Apple devices, including iPhones, iPad and Macs. CERT-In Apple Security Warning – What It SaysAs noted by CERT-In, multiple security vulnerabilities have been reported in Apple products which could allow an attacker to access sensitive information, execute arbitrary code, bypass security restrictions, cause denial of service (DoS) and perform spoofing on the targeted system. The CERT-In directive tells Apple users to head over the support page on Apple website and check for these issues in detail. You also have a range of iPad and iPad Pro models mentioned within the list with their respective software versions.
